Great location and great staff in Chiclayo.
Great location and a comfortable room. Very kind and attentive staff. The breakfast is very decent.
Not really a dislike, but (in keeping with Chiclayo norms) the halls and lobby are not air conditioned. The restaurant is a bit air conditioned

Disappointing first night and following day, but staff and management offered great resolutions.
The staff was extremely kind and courteous.
The ongoing construction work was very loud and disruptive to a relaxing stay. The first room was not entirely clean, lacked soap and wash clothes, and the refrigerator was barely cool.
